I am very proud and happy to be a part of our company. My boss is very kind to us employees that whenever a holiday or special occasions comes, she always give us the bonuses that can help us a lot in our family needs, especially during Christmas season and the like. Besides that, once we employee celebrates our birthday, she always send us an gifts such as bags, mugs, keychains and many more which she always purchased from an online shop as a birthday gift which we really appreciated. We never forget what our special boss show she care for us.
I think the reason why our company is still working for the passed ten years and still exceeding is the management of our boss. She showed excellent performance in managing the company including his care for the clients and every employee. He achieved the best quality of a manager which others can’t have. Its good for me to include as one of the pioneer as an employee. And now that she was about to celebrate her birthday and she love pearls, we are planning to give her a pearl gift set of pearl necklaces and pearl earrings. I am so excited to give our gift to her. But for now, I’ll do my job first and show more potential for the company so that it will appreciated by our boss.
